FORUM RULES PLEASE READ

hey everyone! welcome to this little corner of cyberspace.
this website has all the capabilities to be a wonderfull online comunity BUT in order for that to happen, all members should follow these basic rules.
here are the "big three"
1. discrimination on the basis of
- race
- gender
- sexuality
- culture
- religion
- age
- diferent abilities either physical or mental
- or any other un changable differences
is strictly not allowed! serial offenders will be banned!
2. bitchery/trolling/bulling is not acceptable.
- if you are being harrassed by another member please notify the mod squad.
- people who are consistantly being trolls/bitches/bullies even after multiple warnings will be banned from the forum, either pernamently or for a certain period of time
- we do have a debate section of our forum where we can put forward opinions on things such as religion politics and philosopy. please keep arguments intulectal there!

3. no porn, sleaze or harrasment allong that line. anyone who uploads indecent photos etc will be pernamently banned immediatly.

follow the three and then youre good

Is it 'discrimination on the basis of age' to think that, in most senses & ways, I'd have to know more, as a 37 year old, than, say, a 16 year old? If so, might as well ban me now! lols. Agreed.

Depends, Bruce. Maybe someone knows more than you, factually, about something at that age, but you could have experienced things that they haven't.

I'm not disputing that they might know more about many things, potentially. I'll definitely have experienced more of life, overall, though! My experiences won't be the same as for another person my own age, generally. If it does not relate to my experience, I won't be able to believe it, basically. Anybody else is entitled to their opinions, if that's what they're supposed to be. I'm not disputing what anybody says about their real life experiences, either, if that's what they're doing. It's just that if I'm to apply their advice, based on their experience, it has to make sense to me & relate to my reality.
Only, before you know it, I'm being told I don't know my own reality, just because it's different from the other person's! Which'd be rude, the other way around.
