warning system

hey all. so if you are wandering about how you can get banned etc, we have a system for that two
the three warning system. basically three strikes and you are banned.
what do you need to do to get a strike? something quite innapropriate such as
*posting p0rn
* getting into a large argument with other members (disturbing the peace
*bulling
etc.

the strikes will be refreshed every three months.

get three strikes in the three month period and you are banned,
